We provide an online tool that allows you to complete an electronic version of IRS Form W-9 (“Form W-9”) and receive a downloadable PDF copy for your records. This Service is intended for convenience only.
The generated form is for your use only, and we do not make any representations about its acceptance by any third party.

2. Not Affiliated with the IRS

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any government agency. The official Form W-9 is freely available at irs.gov.
Our Service only assists you in filling out and generating a completed PDF copy.
Use of our Service does not constitute filing with the IRS.

3. Payment & Fees

The base fee for generating a W-9 PDF is $4.99 per form.
Additional services (SMS delivery and physical mail) incur separate charges as displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe).
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because the Service provides an instantly generated and delivered digital document, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been processed.
If you experience technical issues receiving your PDF, please contact us within 48 hours. We will resend or provide access to your purchased document, but refunds will not be issued.
Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in collection action and reporting to credit agencies.

4. User Responsibilities By using this Service, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide.
You understand that submitting false information on tax forms may constitute perjury and/or tax fraud, punishable by fines and imprisonment.
You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
